From the very beginning of our Branch in 1933 records indicate a strong interest in Literature with the appointment of a Literature chair. At one point the Branch had four literary discussion groups meeting at various times of day and evening. Over the years these groups have had various names like, Books and Ideas, Newcomer’s Group, Book Break, and Page Turners. The tradition continues with the current group called THE Book Group.
We welcome all members to join THE Book Group and join in our interesting book reviews.
